Terms of Use

Last updated: January 2025

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visa Launchpad website, services, and related tools, including our browser extension (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

The Service is operated by SCERST Visa Consultants Inc., a Delaware corporation. Address: 118 Walker Rd Dover, DE 19904, United States Support email: support@visalaunchpad.com

2. Important Disclaimer

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, consulate, or visa authority. Appointment availability is controlled by the relevant visa authorities and their systems. We do not guarantee a specific appointment date or outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase paid services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and supervise your use.

4. Your Account

To use parts of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Third-Party Visa Portal Credentials

Some features may require you to sign in to a third-party visa scheduling website (for example, a US visa appointment portal) through your own browser. We do not retain or store your third-party portal username or password on our servers. Any third-party portal credentials you enter remain on your local device and are not stored by us as server-side data.

6. What We Provide

The Service is designed to help monitor appointment availability and attempt rescheduling based on the plan you select. Because availability is controlled by third parties, results can vary and depend on factors outside our control.

7. Plans, Payments, Credits

Plan features, pricing, and any credit add-ons are shown at checkout and in your account. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees and taxes. Credits and add-ons: Credit top-ups and similar add-ons are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the refund terms shown on the Service (including at checkout and our legal pages). In general: • If no earlier appointment is secured during your active monitoring period, you may be eligible for a refund of the initial subscription amount, subject to the refund rules displayed on the Service. • If an earlier appointment is successfully booked, the remaining amount (if applicable to your plan) becomes payable and the subscription is no longer eligible for refund, except where required by law. • Refund requests must be submitted before the subscription expires and only if no booking has been confirmed. • Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

9. Acceptable Use and Personal-Use Restriction

Each account is for personal use only. You may not use the Service for commercial purposes, resell it, or use it to provide services to third parties unless we explicitly agree in writing. You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security features of the Service or the extension • Interfere with third-party systems or violate the rules of any third-party portals you access

10. Suspension or Banning for Misuse

We may suspend or ban your account if we believe you are misusing the Service, violating these Terms, creating a security risk, or using an account in a commercial or abusive manner. We may do so with or without notice where legally permitted.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the website, content, branding, software, and extension, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific appointment outcome. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCERST Visa Consultants Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
