Appointment availability is controlled solely by the respective visa authorities.

We do not guarantee a specific date. We guarantee monitoring and rescheduling attempts according to your selected plan.

The initial 50% subscription payment is eligible for refund if no earlier visa appointment is secured during your active monitoring period.

If a visa appointment is successfully booked for you, the remaining 50% becomes payable and the subscription is no longer eligible for refund.

Refund requests must be submitted before the subscription expires and only if no booking has been confirmed.

Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not permitted.

Credit top-ups are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

User credentials are encrypted.

Data is used solely for appointment monitoring purposes.

We do not sell or share personal data.
