Refund Policy Summary
The initial 50% subscription payment is eligible for refund if no earlier visa appointment is secured during your active monitoring period.
If a visa appointment is successfully booked, the remaining 50% becomes payable and the subscription is no longer eligible for refund.
Refund requests must be submitted before the subscription expires and only if no booking has been confirmed.
Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not permitted.
Credit top-ups are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
