Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SCERST Visa Consultants Inc. ("Visa Launchpad," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, services, and related tools, including our Chrome browser extension (the "Service" or "Extension"). This policy applies to all personal and sensitive user data handled by the Service, including authentication information, and describes how each category is collected, used, stored/handled, and shared. No category of data we handle is omitted from this policy.

1. Company Information

SCERST Visa Consultants Inc. 118 Walker Rd, Dover, DE 19904, United States Support email: support@visalaunchpad.com

2. Single Purpose of the Extension

The single purpose of the Visa Launchpad extension is to monitor and automatically reschedule your visa appointment to an earlier available date on supported government visa scheduling portals. All data described below is collected and used only in direct support of that purpose.

3. Account Information

What we collect: Name, email address, mobile number, and the password you set for your Visa Launchpad account. How we use it: To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide the Service. How it is stored/handled: Stored on our servers. Account passwords are stored in hashed form. Transmitted over HTTPS using modern encryption. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers that operate our infrastructure (see Section 9), or as required by law.

4. Authentication Information (Visa Portal Credentials and Security Answers)

This is the most sensitive category we handle and corresponds to the "Authentication information" declaration on our Chrome Web Store listing. What we collect: When you choose to use the auto sign-in feature, you may enter the username/email, password, and security questions and answers for your third-party government visa portal account (for example, a US or India visa appointment portal) directly into the Extension. How we use it: Solely to sign in to your visa portal on your behalf so the Extension can check for and book earlier appointment slots, as part of the Service's single purpose. How it is stored/handled: These third-party portal credentials and security answers are stored only locally on your own device, using the browser's local extension storage. We do not transmit, store, or retain these third-party portal usernames, passwords, or security answers on our servers. They never leave your device through our Service. You can clear them at any time by signing out within the Extension or removing the Extension. How it is shared: Never. We never sell or share authentication information. We never sell or share the login information used to sign in to our website or our Chrome extension. Authentication information is never publicly disclosed.

5. Appointment and Scheduling Information

What we collect: Appointment location/consulate, your selected date range, current appointment date, scheduling preferences, and information about appointment slots that are found or booked (for example, the date and location of a slot). How we use it: To monitor for earlier appointments, attempt rescheduling according to your plan, and to confirm and record successful bookings. How it is stored/handled: Scheduling preferences are stored locally on your device. Slot-found and slot-booked events are transmitted to our servers over HTTPS so we can track service activity tied to your account and plan usage. Retained only as long as needed for the Service plus any legally required period. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with the service providers operating our infrastructure, or as required by law.

6. Passport and Residential Address Information

What we collect: We do not collect or store passport details or your residential address unless a specific service flow requires it to complete a booking. How we use it: Only to provide the Service for that specific flow. How it is stored/handled: If collected, used only for that purpose and retained only as long as needed, plus any legally required retention. Transmitted over HTTPS. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers as needed to provide the Service, or as required by law.

7. Payment and Billing Information

What we collect: Payment status, plan purchased, billing history, and transaction identifiers. Full payment card or bank details are collected and handled by our third-party payment processors, not by us. How we use it: To process payments and refunds and manage your subscription. How it is stored/handled: Billing metadata stored on our servers; card/bank details held by payment processors under their own security. Transmitted over HTTPS. Financial information is never publicly disclosed. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with payment processors to complete transactions, or as required by law.

8. Device, Session, and Usage Data

What we collect: IP address, browser type and user agent (truncated), extension version, timestamps, session tokens, and activity/log data. How we use it: To authenticate your extension session, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure reliability. How it is stored/handled: Session tokens are stored locally on your device and sent to our servers to authenticate API requests over HTTPS. Logs are retained only as long as needed for security and reliability. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers operating our infrastructure, or as required by law.

9. Support Communications

What we collect: Messages and attachments you submit through our support channels. How we use it: To respond to and resolve your support requests. How it is stored/handled: Stored on our support tooling, transmitted securely, and retained as long as needed to support you and meet legal obligations. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with support-tooling service providers, or as required by law.

10. Where Data Is Transmitted

Data that we do send to our servers (account, scheduling/slot events, billing metadata, device/session/usage data) is transmitted to and processed by Visa Launchpad infrastructure over secure HTTPS connections. Third-party visa portal credentials and security answers (Section 4) are not transmitted to our servers and remain on your local device.
