Refund Policy

Upfront Payment Refund

The initial 50% subscription payment is eligible for a full refund if no earlier visa appointment is secured during your active monitoring period and before the subscription expires.

Successful Booking

If a visa appointment is successfully rescheduled to an earlier date, the remaining 50% becomes payable and the subscription is no longer eligible for refund, except where required by law.

Conditions for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted before the subscription expires and only if no booking has been confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Credits and Add-ons

Credit top-ups and similar add-ons are non-refundable unless required by law.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@visalaunchpad.com before your subscription expires. Include your account email and order reference. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
