Create Your Account

Sign up for Visa Launchpad using your full name, email address, and mobile number. Then, verify your information with the 6-digit OTP sent to you. The entire process takes less than a minute.

Step 2

Choose a Plan & Pay 50% Upfront

Select the plan that works best for you: Self-Serve or Human Service. With the Self-Serve plan, our Chrome extension automatically monitors appointment availability and books an earlier slot when one becomes available. With the Human Service plan, you get everything included in Self-Serve, plus dedicated support from a Visa Launchpad representative who actively assists with your rescheduling process. You only pay 50% upfront. The remaining 50% is due only if we successfully reschedule your appointment to an earlier date than your current appointment, or secure an appointment if you do not already have one.

Step 3

Install & Connect the Chrome Extension

After subscribing, you'll be taken to the extension setup page to install and connect the Chrome extension. Install the Visa Launchpad Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store and connect it to your account. The setup is quick and automatic, with no manual configuration required.

If you open the extension before visiting your dashboard or our website, click 'Open Visa Launchpad & Connect' inside the extension. It will guide you through the connection process step by step.

Step 4

Log Into Your Visa Portal

Open Chrome and select your country in Visa Launchpad. Based on your country, we'll guide you to the correct visa appointment portal. Visa Launchpad supports both the AIS portal and the CGI portal. Once you log in, the extension automatically detects your active session and connects to your visa appointment booking portal account.

AIS portal: Log in at ais.usvisa-info.com. Scanning starts automatically, and you can minimize the portal tab while the extension continues monitoring. If automatic booking is enabled, the extension can book an open slot for you.
CGI portal: Log in at usvisascheduling.com. Scanning starts automatically, but the portal tab must remain open for automatic booking to work.
The extension activates automatically when you are on the supported portal page.
Select your preferred consulates and target date range inside the extension.

Important for AIS portal users: You can minimize the portal tab and continue using your laptop normally. The extension will keep scanning and can book automatically as long as your laptop is on and does not go into sleep mode.

Important for CGI portal users: Keep the CGI portal tab open for automatic booking. The extension scans and books through the active portal tab. If you minimize or switch away from it, you may still receive a notification when an open slot is found, but automatic booking may not work unless the portal tab remains active.

Step 5

Continuous Monitoring Begins

Once the extension is active, Visa Launchpad continuously checks the visa appointment portal for earlier slots within your selected date range. No further action is needed from you while monitoring is running.

AIS portal: Scans every 2 to 15 minutes
CGI portal: Scans every 5 to 15 minutes across all consulates in one page load
Keeps your portal session active automatically
Sends alerts when matching earlier slots are found
Books automatically if auto-booking is enabled and the required portal conditions are met

For AIS portal users: Monitoring continues while the portal tab is open. You can minimize Chrome or browse other tabs freely, but closing the portal tab will pause monitoring. For overnight auto-booking, keep your laptop awake and disable screen lock or sleep mode so Chrome continues running.

For CGI portal users: The portal tab must remain open and active at all times. Do not close or minimize the CGI portal tab, as the extension uses the active portal page to scan and book appointments. For overnight auto-booking, keep your laptop awake and disable screen lock or sleep mode so Chrome continues running.

Important: Avoid manual browsing on the visa portal while the extension is actively scanning. Visa Launchpad is designed to monitor responsibly, but heavy manual activity during scanning may trigger temporary portal restrictions.

Step 6

Get Notified When a Slot Appears

When Visa Launchpad finds an appointment slot that matches your selected date range and consulate preferences, you'll be notified right away based on your plan. Self-Serve and Human Service users receive instant Chrome and email notifications. If auto-booking is enabled and the required portal conditions are met, Visa Launchpad will also book the slot automatically. Pro Plan users receive email notifications, but alerts may be delayed. Since appointment slots are limited and first-come, first-served, a delayed notification may mean the slot is taken by another applicant before you can book it.

Step 7

Your Slot Is Automatically Booked

When a matching slot becomes available, Visa Launchpad will book it for you in seconds, depending on your plan and auto-booking settings. With Auto-book ON, the extension automatically books the available appointment slot without any action from you. With Auto-book OFF, you'll receive a Book Now popup so you can review and confirm before the appointment is booked.

Auto-book availability: Included with Self-Serve and Human Service plans
Pro Plan: Auto-booking is not included, upgrade your plan to enable it
Confirmation: You'll receive a booking confirmation email after the slot is secured

Step 8

Pay the Remaining 50%

If Visa Launchpad successfully books a new appointment that is earlier than your previous appointment date, the remaining 50% will be charged to your saved payment method. If you did not have an appointment before and Visa Launchpad secures one for you, the remaining 50% will also be charged. If no earlier appointment is found, no additional charge applies.

Receipt: Payment confirmation is sent to your email
Subscription: Your subscription will remain active till end of plan and you can continue to look for even earlier dates

Step 9

You're Done: Enjoy Your Earlier Appointment

Your visa appointment has been successfully rescheduled. You'll receive a confirmation email with your new appointment details, and your dashboard will be updated with the latest appointment information. From here, you're all set for your earlier appointment.
