Select the Self-Serve plan (Chrome extension monitors automatically) or Human Service (our team handles everything). Pay only 50% upfront — you pay the remaining 50% only if we successfully reschedule your appointment within 3 months.

Install & Connect the Chrome Extension

Install the Visa Launchpad Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Then connect it to your account in one click — no token copying required.

  • Go to your Dashboard → Extension tab
  • Click 'Connect Extension' — it connects automatically
  • No token copying or manual steps needed

Step 4

Log Into Your Visa Portal

Log into your visa portal in Chrome. The extension supports both the AIS portal (ais.usvisa-info.com) for most countries and the India CGI portal (usvisascheduling.com) for India applicants. It will detect your session and link to your existing appointment automatically.

Step 5

Continuous Monitoring Begins

Once active, the extension continuously checks the visa portal for earlier appointment slots within your specified date range — 24/7 without any action needed from you.

  • AIS portal: scans every 2–15 minutes
  • India CGI portal: scans every 5–15 minutes across all 5 consulates in one page load
  • Works even when your browser is minimised
  • Keeps the portal session alive automatically
Monitoring runs only while the portal tab is open in Chrome. You can minimise the window or browse other tabs freely — but closing the tab or shutting down Chrome will pause monitoring. The extension resumes automatically when Chrome restarts.

The moment an earlier slot is found, you get notified instantly. Users with credits get instant alerts. Users with 0 credits receive a notification after a 3-hour delay.

Step 7

Slot is Automatically Booked

With Auto-book ON: the extension immediately fills in the appointment form and submits it — securing the slot in seconds without any action needed. With Auto-book OFF: a popup asks you to confirm before booking, giving you full control.

  • Auto-book OFF: you get a 'Book Now' dialog to confirm
  • Auto-book requires credits > 0 or Paid plan
  • You receive a booking confirmation email
Auto-book is disabled when you have 0 credits — enable it by topping up credits or upgrading your plan.

Step 8

Pay the Remaining 50%

If your new appointment is within the next 3 months from today, the remaining 50% is automatically charged to your payment method. If the new appointment is beyond 3 months, no additional charge applies.

  • New appointment beyond 3 months → no additional charge
  • Payment receipt sent to your email
  • Your subscription is marked complete

Step 9

You're Done — Enjoy Your Earlier Appointment

Your visa appointment has been successfully rescheduled. You'll receive a full summary email with your new appointment details. All your data is securely wiped from our systems after your subscription completes.
